Like the other Soul Stealing Spell, Bovine Intervention, Intestinal Vaporization can quickly change the outcome of a battle by instantly killing a high level creature and leaving blue souls behind, without the need to convert them. Unlike Bovine Intervention, the effects of Intestinal Vaporization are very noticeable, where a sprite of intestines will float towards the enemy creature, and will circle around the creature, inflating the creature until it pops and leaves Blue Souls.
The Styx's creature ability, Rend Soul, pairs well with this spell, and will cause very large amounts of damage detonating the souls of a high soul creature, as well as denying the souls to both you and enemies.
