Biography

Mithras called him the demon lord of Tartarus. Astaroth was summoned by Charnel's necromancers into Gangrel's body to confront Marduk and overall assist the God of Slaughter in his endeavors. If player had chosen to serve Persephone, Astaroth would certainly be destroyed in Golgotha along with the Demon Gate. If the player continued to serve Pyro, the demon would die in his last mission along with Charnel. If Eldred served Charnel, Astaroth would survive the battle in Golgotha, but later would be slain by Jadugarr when sent to eradicate the Cult of Ashur. If player chose to serve James, Astaroth won't be seen, but it will be mentioned that he disappeared under unknown circumstances (probably killed by Marduk). Astaroth's fate in Stratos's campaign, remains unspecified.

Name Etymology

Astaroth received his name from a real demon (as far as real gets).
